In order to exercise their rights (regulation of service, retirement,
social, family, property, legal and other issues), citizens, legal
entities and authorities can use the archival material through the
secretariat of the Archives (office number 329). Requests for the
issuing of the certificate, certified transcripts or copies are
submitted in written form together with the notion about the purpose of
the needed documents and the information needed to find the original.
The Archives only issues certified transcripts or copies of those
documents that are kept in the Archives.
